Charging Alerts

When you have a warehouse management system or transport management system automating all of your rates and all of your billing, it's really important that your system notifies you if it thinks that you're doing something that might not be charged.

To give you an example, when you're putting away stock into different locations, if the system can detect that you might be putting too much stock into a particular location, and therefore you wouldn't be charging correctly, it will warn you.

Most systems will tell you on the screen, "Watch out. We think that you're trying to put too much stock into here. Just check, because this will have a significant impact on the way in which you charge." Throughout the application, with any of these common scenarios that we believe can catch people out and prevent them from billing correctly, we provide warnings to tell you, "Hey, we think that you should take another look at this just because we think that there's a chance here that you won't get the full amount of money."
