Customised Documents

Being able to modify the look of particular documents like consignments, delivery notes, different types of labels or any document you send back to you client is important. The flexibility to customise the document to suit your operation is a must in any transport management system or warehouse management system.

Chances are that what your business needs to see on a particular document, differs a lot from any of your competitors, so it's not a one size fits all.

The big benefit of being able to tailor these documents is that you're providing your clients with exactly the information that they need, as opposed to just the information that came as a stock standard on that document.

Within CartonCloud, we've made it really easy to download document templates, which are Word files that you can then open up inMicrosoft Word and customise. You can use these little things called tags, which allow you to specify where certain content should go within that document.

Once you've uploaded the document template to CartonCloud, the system will then always export the document in that format with all the information that you've specified. And you can do it all yourself. You don't have to call us to make changes.
