What are ETA of Drivers?
When out in the field, the drivers are able to send an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) text message through to the receiver of a particular item as they are approaching their location. Typically, this is used when the driver leaves the prior destination to advise the person, "Hey, I'm going to be there in five minutes, or I'm going to be there in half an hour with your item."

Keeping Your Clients Updated
This is absolutely perfect if you're delivering to docks or to receiver areas at stores because often it's very time consuming waiting for them to come and open up the dock or to go around to the front of the building to then tell them that you're waiting out in the back. By letting you do this from the app, you just press a single button, and it fires off a text message letting them know how far away you are and that distance and time is automatically calculated for you.
