What are User Groups?
We have different access levels within CartonCloud's transport management system and warehouse management system. Typically people who are in control of all of your billing and setting up the system will have administration access and that allows them to do pretty much anything within the system.
Data Security is Critical
In addition to that, we have access levels such as warehouse picker and also drivers. Warehouse pickers are capable of picking and packing orders and doing other stock related movements. Drivers are able to see the list of jobs that they need to do and actually go out and get signatures on the mobile app.
We also have an access level called customer, which allows your customers to log into CartonCloud and just see the warehouse orders and stocks and transport jobs that are related to their particular business without seeing anything from any of your other clients.
