What is Tablet Friendly?
CartonCloud's transport management system and warehouse management system is designed to be used with tablets, predominantly iPads, and the reason for this is that they're actually really great devices to use in a warehousing and transport environment.
All of the different screens are tested and optimised to work flawlessly on the iPad. We make sure that the screens are never too wide and never too long to fit on there. We even make modifications to some of the screens so that they display differently on tablet views, and we do this throughout the entire app.
Making it Easier to Go Mobile
If you're packing a sale order, for example, you'd go into a screen which is refined just for picking and packing an order on a tablet. If you're doing other operations such as receiving a manifest and splitting the stock into different delivery runs, the screen for that is perfectly optimised for iPads as well.
