What is User Tracking?
Being able to tell exactly who did what within any warehouse management system or transport management system is really critical when things go wrong. Let's say for example, you have an order which was mis-picked and you want to understand who did the work. Within CartonCloud you can just look at the history of the order and see exactly which user packed the order.
Transparency and Accountability
CartonCloud gives you the flexibility to see user history on absolutely everything. For example, you can see who created the order, you can see who modified an order, and you can see the exact changes they made. You can even see things like who removed certain sales orders or deleted them from the system. We save those logs as well. So if you ever need to do a traceback and figure out what happened and why and who did it, so that you can resolve the root cause, all of that information is available to you.
