If you want to track profitability of your business on a per vehicle basis, within our transport management system you can define different vehicles. And then when you're allocating jobs to drivers and to runs, you can also specify which particular vehicle is being used.
As you then run your reports, this allows you to do things like running reports to see exactly how much revenue has been taken in by a vehicle, or how much a particular vehicle has cost you in terms of expense calculations. This is really powerful if you're wanting to get an understanding of which vehicles in your fleet are making money and which ones aren't.
