Unleashed Self-Managed Integration

CartonCloud now connects directly to Unleashed, automatically creating Sale Orders in CartonCloud when orders are placed in Unleashed. Transfer key details — items, delivery address, order number — and optionally write tracking back to Unleashed when orders progress.

WooCommerce Self-Managed Integration

Connect your WooCommerce store directly to CartonCloud — no support required. Once active, orders in Processing status automatically sync into CartonCloud as Outbound Orders, including items, delivery address, and order details. Optionally, orders are marked Complete in WooCommerce when dispatched from CartonCloud, with tracking details written back automatically. Learn more → 

eBay Self-Managed Integration [Beta]

Sell on eBay? Now you can connect your eBay store to CartonCloud with the same seamless Self-Managed Integration experience. Orders sync automatically into CartonCloud as Outbound Orders, and tracking details are written back to eBay once dispatched — keeping your buyers informed without any manual effort.

Amazon Seller Central Self-Managed Integration

Amazon Seller Central joins our growing suite of storefront integrations. Connect your Amazon store and let orders flow directly into CartonCloud as Outbound Orders. Tracking details sync back to Amazon automatically upon dispatch — giving your customers real-time visibility with zero manual effort from your team. Learn more →

Inventory Grouping by Product & Custom Fields for Sale Orders

Creating sale orders manually just got faster. A new grouping toggle on the Sale Orders → Search by Other Fields tab consolidates inventory with the same product and custom field values into a single row, showing combined available quantity. Order from the grouped result and CartonCloud automatically allocates stock across the underlying inventory lines. Learn more →

Smarter Mobile Login — Intuitive Region Selector

CartonCloud operates servers in two regions — Asia Pacific (APAC) and North America (NA) — to ensure fast, local performance for customers around the world. The mobile app needs to connect to the right region for your account, and previously this could cause confusing login errors if the wrong one was selected.

That's now fixed. The app displays the region selector upfront by default and automatically picks the correct region based on your phone's system settings. If login fails due to an incorrect region, the app retries the other region automatically — and remembers your preference for next time. Learn more →

Ctrl/Cmd+Click in Search for Anything

A small but handy quality-of-life improvement — you can now hold Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) and click any result in Search for Anything to open it in a new tab, leaving your current page exactly where it is. Learn more →

We're launching a brand new carrier integration platform that lets you connect to over 100 carriers at launch — simply by clicking to activate. No setup calls, no lengthy onboarding. Book shipments, generate labels, and get tracking — all without leaving CartonCloud.

Additional Self-Managed Storefront Integrations

We're expanding our storefront integration lineup with three new platforms joining WooCommerce, eBay, and Amazon:

• Etsy — Connect your Etsy shop and automatically sync orders into CartonCloud.
• Cin7 Core — Seamless inventory and order flow between Cin7 Core and CartonCloud.

Pack Screen (Mobile)

The Pack Screen is coming to mobile — bringing the power of CartonCloud's packing workflows to your warehouse floor, right from your phone or tablet.

Pack Screen Enhancements

We're taking the Pack Screen to the next level with a number of powerful new capabilities:

• Parcel Photography — Capture photos of packed items directly within the Pack Screen, giving your customers and team a visual record of every shipment — similar to leading fulfilment platforms.
• Adhoc Charge Support — Add ad-hoc charges during the packing process without leaving the Pack Screen.
• Per-Item Packing Slips — Generate individual packing slips for each item as you pack, streamlining your packing workflow.

Item Scanning On/Off Vehicles

Building on last year's release of Item-Level Scanning at Delivery, we're expanding scanning capabilities to the full vehicle lifecycle. Your team will be able to verify exactly what's present when manifests arrive and freight is broken down — and confirm everything is correctly loaded before vehicles depart.
