Most of the time, we jump in the deep end with customers and make it work, waste time and much stress, then try to reinvent the wheel, then you take a breathe, and realise Carton Cloud actually does it all, you just have not considered the right path or functionality.  Carton cloud is extremely intuitive to use, adaptable to most mobile devices and its biggest strength is they keep it simple. The screens have just what you need, not superfluous information and options slowing users down. This makes it very easy to train users and you can do this by Carotn cloud links, instructions, videos to suit most stye of learners.  My favourite service from Carton Cloud is the annual health check, at times I need more than this. The health check is time to sit with a Carton Cloud specialist and review my business, based off the way we use the system, the usage metrics, performance data and it highlights where we should be focusing our energy. It makes you frustrated, upset and cant believe how you got here. Then the amazing Tony, then talks me back off the ledge and we develop a simple step by step plan and he helps me keep on track to become efficient and use more of the system.  The TMS is extremely flexible, easy to use and develop routes to streamline delivery runs so drivers can complete a POD, then CC takes you to the next delivery.  Grouping and building consignments is easy to manage, accessing delivery runs on devices live for all stakeholders. In addition customers and our team can access POD’s themselves straight out of CC, so no more phone calls or emails chasing copies of POD’s."
