This quarter, the headline theme was connection — connecting more selling channels to your operation, capturing more data at the moment it matters, and giving your team sharper controls over accuracy and accountability.

From six new storefront integrations to visual packing verification and smarter stock management, the updates shipped in Q1 reflect what our customers tell us matters most: less manual entry, fewer errors, and more confidence that the right things are happening.

🔗 Connect Your Channels — 6 New Storefront Integrations

The biggest feature story of Q1 is the rapid expansion of CartonCloud's Self-Managed Integrations. Six new storefronts are now live — all self-configured, no support call required.

Each integration automatically creates Sale Orders in CartonCloud when orders are placed in your storefront, transfers key details (items, delivery address, order number), and optionally writes tracking back once orders are dispatched. • 🏬 Unleashed — Orders placed in Unleashed flow directly into CartonCloud as Sale Orders. Tracking writes back when orders progress.

• 🛒 WooCommerce — Orders in Processing status sync automatically into CartonCloud. Once dispatched, they're marked Complete in WooCommerce with tracking written back — no manual step required.

• 📦 Amazon Seller Central — Fulfil Amazon Marketplace orders directly through CartonCloud. Tracking syncs back to Amazon on dispatch, giving customers real-time visibility with zero manual effort from your team.

• 🛍️ eBay — eBay orders sync automatically into CartonCloud as Outbound Orders, and tracking is written back to eBay once dispatched — keeping buyers informed without any manual effort.

• 🔧 Cin7 Core — Orders Authorised in Cin7 Core flow into CartonCloud as Sale Orders automatically. Tracking writes back as orders progress.

• 🏷️ Etsy — Connect your Etsy shop and have paid orders sync immediately into CartonCloud — giving your fulfilment team everything they need, the moment a sale is made.

⚙️ Smarter Packing + Warehouse Accuracy

Smart packing is where warehouse accuracy meets customer experience. Q1 brought a set of CartonCloud feature updates that make it easier to pack correctly, capture proof and enhance traceability along the way, and manage your stock with greater precision.

• 📸 Packing Verification Photos — Capture a visual record of packed box contents directly from the Pack Screen using a simple barcode action. Photos are saved against the Sale Order and can be shared with customers — clear evidence of what was packed before the box was sealed.

• 🔄 Auto-Pack Stock + Bypass Packing Improvements — When auto-generated consignment items are enabled, stock is now automatically packed into those items on the Pack Screen — including when the packing screen is bypassed entirely. Supports teams transitioning to Warehouse Fulfilments as their standard fulfilment model.

• ✅ Pack Screen UX Improvements — Newly packed items now jump to the top of the packed list and briefly pulse green to confirm the action. Weight also auto-switches to Auto mode when it already matches the stored consignment item weight. Less scrolling, more confidence on the packing bench.

• 🔒 Stock Confirmation via Required Reallocation — The stock confirmation setting during picking has been upgraded from a simple yes/no to a three-way option: No, Optional Confirmation, or Confirmation Required. Configurable at both customer and product level — enforce accuracy where it matters most without slowing down every pick run.

• 📋 Inventory Grouping for Sale Orders — When creating sale orders manually, a new grouping toggle on the Search by Other Fields tab consolidates inventory with the same product and custom field values into a single row, showing combined available quantity. Order from the grouped result and CartonCloud allocates stock across the underlying lines automatically.

🔍 Admin Controls + Audit Trail

Better visibility and tighter controls for operations and admin teams.

• 🗂️ Deletion Logs: Invoices + Run Sheets — Admins can now view deleted Invoices and Run Sheets in the Deletion Logs screen, with full detail on what was deleted, when, and by whom. A new free-text search makes it easy to track down specific records without scanning through the full log.

• 🗑️ Bulk Delete Purchase Orders — Select and delete multiple Purchase Orders at once directly from the list screen. Useful for cleaning up records from bulk imports or integrations. Records that can't be deleted due to business rules are skipped automatically, with an explanation of why.

• 🖨️ Multiple Consignment Note Templates — Configure multiple consignment note templates for different operational or compliance requirements — such as Dangerous Goods or Limited Quantity shipments. Set a default for everyday use and select alternatives from a dropdown at print time. 

📱 Mobile + Everyday UX

Smaller improvements that add up across every shift.

• 🌏 Smarter Mobile Login — The region selector now displays on the login screen by default, automatically picks the right region based on your phone's system settings, and retries the other region automatically if login fails. No more confusing "username/password" errors caused by connecting to the wrong server region. It remembers your preference for next time.

• 🖱️ Ctrl/Cmd+Click in Search for Anything — Open any result in a new tab without losing your place on the current page. A small change that removes a surprising amount of friction across the day.

150+ Carrier Integrations — Landing in April This is a big one. CartonCloud is launching a carrier integration platform that connects you to over 150 carriers — via Shippit (AU/NZ), EasyPost (North America + global), and direct carrier connections — provided free to all CartonCloud customers. Rate shop live from the Pack Screen, generate labels, and push tracking back to connected storefronts, all without leaving CartonCloud. More Storefront Integrations — Q2 2026 More platforms will soon be joining the self-managed integration lineup : Walmart, TikTok Shop, and MYOB. Whether you're selling on social, marketplace, or managing accounts in MYOB, you'll be able to connect directly to CartonCloud and automate order flow — no manual entry, no support call needed.

More Pack Screen Enhancements — April/May Additional Pack Screen capabilities are rolling out over the coming months, including ad-hoc charge support, per-item packing slips and integrated scales support — making the packing workflow faster and more capable for complex fulfilment operations.

Item Scanning On/Off Vehicles — May/June Expanding scanning to the full vehicle lifecycle: verify exactly what's loaded before departure and what's present when freight arrives. Full scan history and discrepancy reporting included.

Pack Screen on Mobile — Q3 2026 The Pack Screen is coming to mobile — bringing CartonCloud's full packing workflow to the warehouse floor from any phone or tablet.

Q1 set a fast pace — and Q2 is shaping up to be even bigger, with carrier integrations at the centre. The connectivity story that's been building across storefronts, warehouse operations, and carrier management is coming together into something our customers have been asking for: a single system that connects the whole operation, end to end.
