🚛 Mapping Warehouse Product Units of Measure to Consignment Item Transport Products

This Product Update streamlines WMS-TMS invoicing and takes inventory mapping to a new level. With this enhancement, you have greater control in how you link Warehouse Units of Measure to automatically populate the Consignment details for the associated Consignment.

The update gives you more flexibility and specification in product mapping. With this update you can use a single Warehouse Unit of Measure (eg a pallet) to correlate to a range of different Warehouse Product Types (eg cold pallet, ambient pallet, oversized pallet) — by defining a specific Transport Product Type logic for each Warehouse Product Type.

The Unit of Measure mapping enhancement will streamline your workflow — saving you time on admin and simplifying rate calculations for increased efficiency in invoicing. For more information click here.

⬆️ ‘Use Highest Charge Group’ for Transport Rates

Calculate your optimal rates with ease, and say goodbye to revenue leakage. With this transport charging update, you can apply the highest rate from a Charge Group within your Consignment, ensuring the optimal charge each time.

This enhancement provides you with greater charging flexibility and allows you to adapt your rates on a per-job basis with ease. Now you can avoid any manual intervention when calculating the most optimal rate for your customer! For more information click here.

😄New Customer Product Settings

Available from next week, this update provides more control in granting customer access permissions. With the Customer Product Setting enhancement, you have the ability to select or restrict your customer’s ability to add new warehouse products into the WMS.

This setting works in the same way as the organisation setting, enabling you to allow or deny customers the ability to add new products from their login. For more information click here.
