Warehouses using CartonCloud have been levelling up like no tomorrow! 

• In 2024, over 3 million 967 thousand Warehouse Sale Orders were processed through CartonCloud;
• Along with 431 thousand  Warehouse Purchase Orders.
• CartonCloud users have saved hundreds of hours this year optimizing their picking as well — with over 1 million Sale Orders picked via a Wave Pick! 

Chances are, you’ve seen CartonCloud Drivers on the road! 

In 2024, over 4 million, 845 thousand Transport Delivery Consignments were processed through CartonCloud. 

Our most prolific CartonCloud driver powered through 19,556 deliveries this year — that’s more than the number of taxi’s in New York City! In fact, it’s over 50 deliveries per day if they work 7 days a week! The top place was a tight pick too. There are  many CartonCloud drivers with phenomenal shipment stats this year. Another notable driver completed around 12,000 per year consistently since 2016! 

You’re adopting new technology and tools! 

An incredible 133 CartonCloud users leveled up their knowledge this year to master their software with CartonCloud’s Free Online Academy!

Powering Up With Integrations 

This year we built over 920 integrations for our customers (and unlocked new opportunities for many more through our launch of Self-Managed Integrations!). 

It’s been a huge win to give you more hours back in the day too, with 29% of all orders (SO,PO and consignments) created using integrations this year, we saved our customers more than 134 thousand hours — that’s around 15 years of manual data time saved by using CartonCloud’s integrations!

You've been using integrations to save time across inbound and outbound order creation!

• Warehouse Sale Orders lead the charge with automated order creation, with 51% of SOs created using integrations and 15% created with email parsers. 
• Purchase Orders followed, seeing stock out the warehouse faster with 50% of POs integrations and 24% email parsers
• On top of this, 11% of Transport Consignment orders were created with integrations and 24% with automated data entry through email parsers.

Ensuring Customer Success 

Sometimes, nothing is more valuable than a phone call with a real person. Our customer success is at the core of what we do! This year, our customer success team conducted 155 health checks, with customers checking in to ensure they were getting the most from their software. 

On top of this, our fantastic customer success team also made 103 regional site visits to customers! 

Four Years of Industry Trends & Insights 

We love a good trend — especially when it’s directly from the mouth s of members of the logistics industry, sharing their outlooks and top focus points for the year to come. This year marks our fourth year delivering the CartonCloud Logistics Index Report, tracking industry trends and growth opportunities shared by industry leaders. 

We shared some exciting news!

This year the good news kept coming, with exciting product and company updates! Our team has continued to expand worldwide as a remote workforce and from our two HQs in Vancouver, Canada and the Gold Coast Australia. In February we welcomed our former COO Shaun Hagen to the role of CEO, with our founder Vincent Fletcher taking on Head Of Product!

In 2024, we held our annual 'Back to Base' in beautiful Bali with 52 members of our global team attending and joining in the CartonCloud Olympics! Our annual Back to Base event is all about connecting or remote workforce in-person, brainstorming innovative solutions, fine-tuning our product — and this year that included putting our team to the test in the CartonCloud Olympics! We put ourselves in our customers’ shoes and took on the challenge to scan serials, add products, connect Shopify, receive purchase orders, process sales orders, and whip up reports & invoices—all in just a few hours!

We welcomed some new faces to the Hall of Fame 

This year Rockstar 3PL in Las Vegas, Drink Logistics craft beverages distribution on Vancouver Island, and Core Logistics in Boise, Idaho joined our customer hall of fame, sharing their unique stories — if you missed any, check out all of our customer stories here!

We can't wait to delver more amazing product walk through videos and customer success stories next year! In 2024, our videos were trending hard! CartonCloud YouTube viewers spent 4.2Khrs watching our content — that’s 175 days! We also had 152 new subscribers, which is the same as 3 entire NFL teams signing up! We love knowing that you're getting great insight and value from our content, so thank you for your support!

CartonCloud New Feature Releases from 2024

2024 was a massive year for new features, with 57 new features and improvements (and counting!) This year we delivered significant enhancements to our Warehouse Management System & surrounding integrations capabilities and massively strengthened User Security. 

Our teams have also been hard at work on some major enhancements to our Transport Management System with Item Level Scanning progressively rolling out in the first half of the year, plus a ton of other major WMS & TMS enhancements already in the pipeline.

Let’s take a look at some of the biggest new releases of the year! 

2024 Major CartonCloud Enhancements

Improved High-Volume eCommerce Fulfilment Handling

Workflows for handling ecommerce orders can differ significantly from workflows used with other order types as they tend to contain a large number of small orders. To make processing these orders faster and easier, we’ve released a number of significant enhancements such as numerous Wave Pick Improvements to give better control when batching orders together, Pick to Tote, a new wave pick type specifically focused on small, multi-product orders, and Pack by SKU which significantly enhances the packing speed of single-item orders.

We also made it easier than ever to connect CartonCloud to Shopify and Xero with the release of our self-managed integrations capability, enabling both CartonCloud Admins, and Customers to configure integrations to click+connect to these systems and allow orders to flow seamlessly.

And we’re not stopping there… In the first half of 2025 we have a new Pack Screen coming to the web app which will provide a significantly improved packing experience. With scan-verification, tracking which items are within which shippers, carrier selection, and even the ability to quickly take photos of packed items before the box is sealed. 

CartonCloud WMS Premium

In August we launched WMS Premium, a collection of 8 enhanced features for businesses requiring greater automation, customisation, data analysis, security features, and much more. We’ve been amazed at the number of businesses who have adopted Warehouse Premium since it launched, and have several powerful new premium features coming in the first quarter of 2025.

Photos and Documents on Purchase Orders

Our most-requested ideas portal idea was released in September, adding the ability to capture photos and videos of stock and/or documents during the purchase order receival, verification and put away process. This feature has had a massive uptake amongst our customer base with over 600 PO documents created each week containing over 1,500 attachments!

We’re now adding this same capability to Sale Orders (expected release in Jan/Feb), allowing pickers and packers to take photos and videos of stock and shippers throughout the dispatch process. This functionality will also be added to our upcoming Pack Screen.

Major user security enhancements

With cyber security a growing consideration within the logistics industry, July saw the introduction of Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO)* and Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to provide significantly enhanced user security.
