We’ve tallied up the top stats, milestones, and stand-out achievements from warehouses across the globe in this edition of CartonCloud’s Pallet Wrapped 2025. From the busiest warehouse picker to game-changing growth in e-commerce, this year was all about raising the bar and smashing records.

2025 was a year of serious momentum: We saw our customers scale up fast, launch new e-commerce workflows, and crush peak season with ease.

This Year CartonCloud Users Soared to New Heights!

This year, CartonCloud users took things to the next level — especially during peak season, as e-commerce demand grew.

Across CartonCloud we saw:

📦 Sales orders processed shot up by 24% year-on-year, as warehouses handled more volume and said ‘yes’ to more customers than ever before.
🚀 November brought a record 33% year-on-year surge in peak volumes, fuelled by record e-commerce demand.
⚡ Wave-picked orders soared by 68% compared to last year, with more operators jumping on board for faster, more efficient picking.
🧺 Pick to Tote usage climbed 50% from June to November, as teams rapidly adopted optimized picking workflows for e-com SKUs, making even the trickiest multi-order days look easy.

And it wasn’t just your workflows that got smarter — your system integrations delivered significant time savings and unlocked new revenue opportunities.

In 2025, we saw click and connect integrations double — and then some! That’s not just more integrations — that’s 15 years’ worth of admin time saved (saving 3 minutes on average per order created with integrations). Just imagine what you could do with that time back!

Your system features were supercharged, and we also dropped over 64 new releases, with Pick to Tote and Pack Screen leading the way for efficiency.

That’s not all… Our product team went full “undercover boss” this year gathering real feedback straight from the warehouse floor.

We visited 17 different customer sites and racked up countless on the floor, tracking every pick, scan, and route to ensure Pick to Tote and Pack Screen fit seamlessly into your day-to-day workflows.

Deliveries That Spanned the Globe

This year, CartonCloud users kept freight moving smoothly — from local metro runs to international deliveries that crossed oceans, borders, and time zones. Here are a couple highlights.

Over in Australia, the western suburbs of Melbourne continue to dominate Australia’s freight landscape, with over 520,000 pallets delivered across Truganina, Laverton North, and Sunshine West.

On the opposite side of the city, Dandenong South recorded nearly 100,000 pallets in 2025, while Magill and Adelaide kept pace for South Australia.

However, it didn’t stop at national borders… CartonCloud customers delivered to 147 countries worldwide, spanning every major region from Australia to Zambia, Costa Rica to Japan, Egypt to Nepal, and Ireland to the Philippines!

Connectivity was clearly non-negotiable in 2025, with pre-paid SIM cards appearing prominently across global shipments, proving once and for all that staying connected is now a universal love language.

Hair Care Runs the Show 💆‍♀️

Hair care didn’t just make the list — it took over the list. From 10-minute hair masks to growth sprays, repair shampoos, and hydrating conditioners, the volume of beauty products flowing through warehouses confirmed one thing: good hair days were a global priority this year.

Employee Welcome Kits 🎁

A wholesome favourite: employee welcome kits. Businesses (especially in Mexico), leaned into thoughtful onboarding experiences and logistics teams delivered them with style — because nothing says “we’re glad you’re here” like a beautifully curated box delivered by a logistics team who cares!

Solar Panels ☀️

Sustainability had a big moment, with solar panels being a popular large bulk item. It’s a strong sign of growing commitment to renewable energy and smarter consumption across the globe.

Frozen Boneless Beef 🥩

And of course, frozen boneless beef made its mark — a testament to thriving cold-chain operations and the expertise of CartonCloud users who keep temperature-sensitive freight moving flawlessly.

Craft Beer 🍻

The continued thirst for craft beer saw kegs and pallets of cans doing the rounds — with teams ensuring each batch is delivered fresh and on time to taprooms across the country.

It’s now time for the real warehouse MVPs to take the spotlight! Let’s hear it for the everyday legends who racked up some seriously impressive numbers and kept everything moving smoothly (even during Black Friday). Drum roll please…. 🥁

🥇 Busiest Warehouse Picker

Congratulations to Isabel Trevino from LinkOn Logistics in Mexico who absolutely smashed it with a massive 51,227 orders packed in 2025! That’s enough picks to fill a stadium (or two). Hats off, Isabel — your hustle is next level!

🚚 Most Deliveries Completed

Another huge shoutout to Haydon Ross from Customised Deliveries in New Zealand, clocking in at an incredible 32,922 consignments delivered this year! That’s enough trips to circle New Zealand several times over (and still have time for a meat pie or two). Haydon, you’ve set the delivery bar sky-high!
